Kashmir Howes- Expanded Function Dental Assistant
Kashmir was born and raised in Colville, WA and attended Spokane Community College where she achieved her Associate of Arts Degree, Dental Assisting Certificate, and Expanded Functions Dental Auxiliary Certificate.
She and her boyfriend Rodger love to go camping, hiking, kayaking, and hunting. Kashmir loves to spoil her fur children Odin, Zeppelin & Tux with love and treats.
Kashmir has been a patient at Dr. C’s for four years now and an employee for two years. Kashmir loves placing fillings for her patients and changing their smiles. Her favorite part about her job is connecting with her patients and providing them with the best care possible.
Katie Eckert – Hygiene Coordinator
Katie grew up in Newport, WA, and is a graduate of the Dental Assistant Program at Spokane Community College.
With her husband Chris, they are the proud parents of one child born in 2019, Spencer. They also have a pet tortoise named Moxxi.
She works at the front office as our Hygiene Coordinator but she also is a Registered Dental Assistant. With knowledge of the back office and front office, Katie loves being able to help everyone in the office. She loves reading, crafting, and spending time with family.
Georgina Lopez – Hygienist
Georgina is from Naches Valley, WA, and graduated from EWU with her Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene.
When she isn’t here taking care of our wonderful patients, she is probably shopping for things she doesn’t need. Georgina enjoys napping, catching up with friends, sniffing ALL the candles at TJ Maxx, and reading some good books!
Ashley Hutchinsson – Administrator
Ashley was born and also raised here in Spokane, WA. She graduated from Carrington College in 2016 for Dental Assisting, and after several years of being a dental assistant, she was ready for a change.
Working as an admin is where her passion is at most. Currently, she is studying for her Bachelors’s in Business.
She loves to spend time with her family, camping, traveling, and shopping for great deals!
Tiffany DeLeon Rodas- Front Office Administrator
Tiffany was born in Provo, Utah. She has lived in Spokane, WA for 12 years with her husband, Victor, and their five beautiful children.
Tiffany is our Front Office Administrator who specializes in insurance and patient care. She loves to create a comforting and calming experience for our patients with dental anxiety.
She loves cooking, playing volleyball, camping, and most of all, spending her free time with her family.
Jayme LaMountain – Office Lead/Executive Assistant to Josh Cochran
Jayme LaMountain was born and raised in beautiful Spokane, Washington. Jayme attended Bellevue Beauty School and received her Cosmetology degree in 2004.
With her natural gift for customer service, Jayme realized she had a genuine passion for dentistry, and working for a modern and dynamic growing practice was her path to deliver the best experience to patients.
She is married to Arin, a successful local entrepreneur; together they have two beautiful kids – Preston, age 12, and Stella, age 5. They bought their dream home here in the Valley and look forward to making many memories. With over 9 years in the customer service field, Jayme brings plenty of knowledge and expertise to our practice.
Stephanie Sale – Dental Assistant
Stephanie Sale was born and raised in Spokane Valley. She attended PIMA Medical Institute for Dental Assisting in the Seattle area.
She has 2 children, RaeAnn and Cody and a husband named Bryan. When she isn’t at Dr. C Family Dentistry, you can find her spending time with family and friends, enjoying the outdoors with activities like camping, boating, fishing, or sitting around a bonfire. She loves to spend time traveling to tropical places.
She loves being a part of the Dr. C Family, as the culture and teamwork are top-notch! Our vision and values align perfectly! This team is a part of her family and she wouldn’t want it any other way!
Meagan Child – Expanded Function Dental Assistant
Meagan has lived in Spokane for most of her life. She is a white fillings specialist and has been in the dental field for over 7 years. She graduated from the SCC Dental Assistant program and continued her education with the Expanded Function Auxiliary program.
She loves her fur babies and enjoys fishing and camping. Her favorite part about Dr. C family Dentistry is the culture and outstanding teamwork!
Deilyn Graham-Hygienist
Deilyn was raised in Spokane and graduated dental hygiene school from Columbia Basin College.
She has an energetic, loving, and smart lab mix rescue dog named lucky. He is her best friend. He keeps her busy with walks, and playdates at lakes and rivers.
Deilyn is a dental hygienist that prides herself on quality and comfortable dental care. She has a passion for educating patients to help improve their oral and overall health. She is proud to be your dental hygienist.
Kristin Carlstrom – Dental Assistant
Kristin was born in Renton, Washington and grew up most of her younger life in the Seattle area. She’s a graduate from the SCC Dental Assisting program and loves working with patients and her awesome dental team!
She is the mother of two kids, a boy and a girl. She loves to spend any free time enjoying the outdoors with them.
Her passion is taking care of people, which brought her to her career. She is looking to learn and grow in the dental field!
Jordan Willis – Dental Sterilization Technician
Jordan is from Battle Ground, WA, and came to Spokane to go to Eastern Washington University. She has obtained a Bachelor in Exercise Science for her undergrad and wants to go to school to be a dental hygienist within the next year.
She coaches at a strength and conditioning gym and enjoys working out, hiking, and lake days.
Her favorite hobby of all time is decorating/organizing.
Rachel Leifer – Hygienist
Rachel was born in Spokane, WA, and graduated from EWU with her Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene.
With her high school sweetheart Trevor, they have 2 cats, Leo and Luna.
In her free time, she loves to spend time with friends and family.
Taylor Anderson – Administrator
Taylor was born in Oregon and grew up in Wasilla, Alaska! She worked as a medical assistant in interventional pain management for 4 ½ years, and recently made a career change to join us in the dental field!
She is now working up front in our office as an administrative assistant.
Taylor loves spending time with her friends and family, dancing, and camping with her black lab, Diesel.
Saundra Thompson – Administrator
Saundra was born and raised in Alaska. She drove all the way down to Spokane through Canada with her girlfriend, two dogs, and cat!
She enjoys yoga, gardening, crafting, and traveling in her spare time.
She works at the front desk, assisting our patients in any way she can and loves every second of it!
Mandy Batson – Dental Sterilization Technician
Mandy was born and raised in Las Vegas, NV and moved to Spokane in 2015. She graduated from Central Valley and has her Associates in Arts degree.
She is a sterile technician at our office, enjoys learning new things every day, and helping everyone when it is needed.
Mandy loves kayaking, camping, wood crafts, and spending time with her family and her dog, Max.
Trisha Pulsipher – Hygienist
Trisha was born and raised in Layton, Utah. She graduated in 2017 from Weber State University in Ogden, Utah with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Dental Hygiene.
She enjoys building relationships with patients and helping them create a beautiful healthy smile. She loves educating patients on their oral health and believes that having a healthy mouth leads to overall better health.
Trisha joined the Dr. C team shortly after moving to Spokane in 2018 and looks forward to her future with our energetic dental practice.
Outside of work, Trisha spends a lot of time in the beautiful outdoors riding bikes with her family and running. She also enjoys traveling, reading, and spending time with family and friends.
Kristy James – Hygienist
Kristy K. James, RDH, graduated from dental hygiene school in 2003 and immediately began working as a dental hygienist in a small town in Eastern Washington. She has remained in Washington state because of her love of small country towns and the Pacific Northwest seasons.
In 2012, Kristy also began working part-time for Biolase, traveling across the country to share her love of and knowledge of dental lasers. Her passion and commitment to excellence drive her to provide the best care for her patients.
Her relatable, friendly manner makes her seem like the hygienist next door! When she is not at the office, she can most often be found doing yoga or on a patio with a glass of wine in her hand…or both at the same time!
Marisa Aldinger – Administrator
Marisa is from Aberdeen, SD where she grew up as well as attended college and graduated with a BS in Business Management.
She and her husband, Hayden, moved to the Spokane area four years ago and absolutely love it! They spend a lot of time camping and fishing with their daughter, Kora, and their trusty dog, Duke.
Marisa is an administrative assistant Dr. C Family Dentistry and has a passion for patient care.
Taylor Byrd – Dental Assistant
Taylor is our southern hospitality dental assistant from Alabama. She is very passionate about dentistry and believes in making her patients feel at ease in the dental chair.
In 2017 Taylor attended a 1 year dental college in Auburn, AL where she obtained her dental assistant certification and education.
Taylor and her husband Steven moved to Washington about a year ago. Outside of work, Taylor enjoys hiking and exploring the outdoors with her 2 dogs, Moto and Luna, while practicing photography.
Kalie Popp – Dental Hygienist
Kalie was born and raised in the PNW. Growing up she spent a great deal of her time at the ice rink learning how to ice skate. She perfected her craft of ice skating and became a professional ice skater in pairs and competed in nationals. Kalie attended EWU and earned her bachelor’s in science of dental hygiene.
After college, Kalie joined the Dr C Family Dentistry team as their first hygienist and has helped take the practice to where it is today. Kalie resides in Spokane with her husband Travis, their two young daughters, and dog Crosby. In her free time, she likes to spend time at the river, attending spin classes, and spending time with her family.
Amanda Stuber – Dental Assistant
Amanda was born in Denver, CO, and was raised in Spokane Valley. She went to SCC for dental assisting and graduated in 2013. She has a daughter named Falynn that keeps her very busy outside of work.
They love to go camping, fishing, to the lake, and basically anything outdoors with her family! She loves being a part of the Dr. C Family Dentistry team because the culture makes her feel like she’s at home. Everyone embodies excellent teamwork and top notch patient care!

Rachel Langford – Business Operations Analyst
Rachel graduated from EWU with a Bachelor’s degree in Public Accounting and is in the process of completing her MBA. Her heart belongs to her dog (a pit/lab mix) and her 18-year-old cat.
In her spare time, she enjoys weight lifting, hiking, painting, and reading.
